Highlander 'FO RNR'

I saw a Toyota Highlander with the license plate 'FO RNR' not sure if they meant that as '4Runner' or 'Faux Runner' like it is a fake 4runner. I just thought it was funny. Probably so guy who got married, had some kids and had to turn in his classic 4Runner for something more family friendly.

If a guy has to sell his 4runner because he got married, dude needs to find a new wife. That would be horrible. 4 doors and back seats, that's family enough. I hope that's not what it meant, haha.

What year was it?
"Highlander" used to be a trim level for 4Runners (like SR5 or Limited) before it became a separate model.
