How better is the TRDPRO suspension ?

How long is a string? It's very subjective to what you want to do, so there's no proper answer.
The short version is that the TRD Pro shocks are Bilstein 6112/5120 - but without height adjustment.
It's not a direct comparison to the TRD OR. The TRD OR can be had with KDSS - which will perform better than the TRD Pro in slow speed offroad like rock crawling, and better on the highway. TRD Pro is no available with KDSS. So it's an apples to oranges comparison. The TRD OR with KDSS is probably the best suspension of any model. The TRD Pro is probably #2 - but I haven't driven one back to back with a limited with Xreas, so I can't compare those two.

It all depends on your intended use. The TRdPro suspension provides approx. 1" of lift over the factory suspension. It is port installed, not factory installed. I don't know who manufactures the springs and I cannot comment on the ride differences between the standard and Pro suspensions; I've ridden in a Pro, but have never ridden in a bone stock 4Runner (I took delivery of mine 6 years ago with the set-up I still have today) and I've driven and ridden in many modified 4Runners.
If you only intend to use it for mild off-road use, the Pro set-up is great. You have room to go to 275/70 tires with no problems. If you have plans to use it for more difficult off-road trails, the aftermarket is the way to go with many options from mild to wild. You can get 3" lift with room for 285/70 tires.

Yes, KDSS is a better functionning suspension, I wanted to compare the TRDP to a non-KDSS TRDOR (Or Trail, or SR5 for that matter)

It's identical except front springs and all 4 shocks. The shock valving is probably almost identical, maybe a little firmer. The shocks have larger volume so they'll fade less in repeated cycles and larger pistons that would allow lighter dampening at the higher range of shock travel speed - meaning big hits are probably a little softer. Nothing you'd probably feel in a test drive. Something you might find useful in higher speed desert terrain.
