How do you add a pic on the signature?

I've tried searching but didn't come up with any threads that would help me. Thus, can anyone please tell me how i can add a picture on my signature?

There's a 'how-to' that implies you upload the image to this site. I don't think that works right. Most just host it at photobucket or similar, the same way you do a regular pic. Just put the link in your sig text.

Thanks Chris... I was using the link instead of the IMG code! Now it works!
