How do you de-fog your headlights?

Well you can blow dry the housings I guess? But the question is why are they fogged up in the first place.

All of them work ok just need good sealant , or else doing again in a yr . my Is guys use crystal view on their a Lexus's . I used the turtle wax one it was ok . Lot of posts in 4th gen on this .

OH! I mis-understood you.
Aren't the '06-'09 fog lamps glass? I could have sworn they were...
In any case, just pop the assemblies out of the bumper (easier to work on) and restore them like you would headlamps and then reinstall them.
Plenty of good products out there, the key being getting a good sealant.

I have the same issue with my 04 headlights and have buffed them several times with good results but it never lasts. I plan on giving this a try and thought I would share for your consideration.

I used that method and it worked great. It took me a few tries to get the hang of applying the spar/spirits mix but once I did, it worked great.
It looked like standard 9 year old headlight shit before and then the after:

Good to know and looks great. I may be giving this a try sooner than planned.
Come on now, if I knew, I wouldn't be asking. Never used a sealant, never had a need to use sealant... so I asked.

I haven't done the research into finding what brand I would recommend, so that's basically as far as I know on what sealant to use. LoL

I just recently used a rubbing compound on my son's Tacoma headlights. Worked very well, he can actually see where he is headed at night now. I watched a video on you tube and there was a guy who used various grades of sand paper with water and then as the final step he used a spray clear coat and it looked amazing. He claims that it is permanent. I also saw that people used toothpaste, brake fluid, Off bug spray, and a vinegar and baking soda mixture. I guess figure out what works best for you.

Some of the autobody guys I have talked to spray the headlamps with clearcoat after they restore them and it holds up pretty well. Basically any sealant you use is going to be most likely an automotive grade clearcoat I assume.
