How do you protect your mirrors?

Well aside from not hitting things with them lol!

Here in bc there's a lot of tight brush scraping and smacking the ever loving hell out of the mirrors. Not to mention the red neck pin stripes lol. But my mirrors seem to have taken the bulk. How exactly have you tried to protect them? Or should I just buy spares for when the paint wears through.

you could go satin/matte black and then not worry about the paint anymore...

just talking about the mirrors here but this works on the whole rig too :biggrin1:

depending on how bad the brush is, I usually fold them out so the glass is facing outwards, and the paint inwards. But only around small really fine brush, nothing that would risk smacking into and breaking the glass.

3M Clear Bra

It works great, and when it does get all scuffed up you can remove/replace it. You can hardly tell it's there...
