1. 143 feet... There are so many factors to give you an answer. One of the more important factors is how good of a driver are you? Then of course, terrain, tires, other mods, ...
2. Chevy's (6 lug) have the same bolt pattern but the center hole is too small to fit over the Toyota hub. If you just gotta have them on, get the center hold machined out. Someone correct me if I'm wrong here but the Toyota wheel is hub centric which means the hub actually centers the wheel so the size of that center hole is critical to be correct.

Dafuq is goin on here? Rear diff engaged? Last time I checked your rear diff is always engaged.. Do you mean rear e-locker engaged? If so, on the street I wouldn't recommend it for too long. On loose terrain, as long as you want. Some Chevy wheels work, some don't. SparkEE is correct that the center bore is usually too small even though the lug pattern works. Yes, Toyota wheels are hub centric. Lug centric wheels or wheels that do not rest on the center ring of the hub can greatly reduce driving comfortability and handling.
