How far do I need to lower my bump stops

I got a pair of the super soft Daystar rear bumps, and have the OME N86 rear shocks.

What size spacer should I stick in there so the bumps are fully compressed about a third of an inch or so before the shock fully bottoms out?

I could figure this out myself by removing my coils, but I'm hoping someone else has already done the work...

I know with the LC shocks the stock bump stop needs to go down about 3 3/4" so they dont bottom out and fail prematurely. Not sure with the ome maybe they have near the same in/out travel.
