How much are 99' tall coils going for these days?

Just bought my new (to me) 1999 T4R3. Pretty psyched to get to work on it! I ordered a lift from Toytec and am wondering...After I install it Ill have the 1999 tall front coil overs and rear coils to sell locally. What are these generally worth? I understand that they give a 1" lift to pre and post 1999 3rd gen 4Runners...

Lower miles is nice. I think I only paid like $150 SHIPPED for my rust-free '99 front and rear coils. Fronts were still assembled with the shocks, cause the seller would rather ship them complete than take them apart.
I think rear coils sell for about $100 shipped- depending on condition.
It's like everything else though; they're worth whatever the buyer is willing to pay- no more, and no less.

Miles on the clock are at 148k. Seemed like low miles for a 1999 vehicle...does the same apply to parts like coils? They do not seem to be sagging. I still get 21" from the center of the wheel hub to the bottom of the fender lip both front and rear.

Miles really dont mean much if they're original, the weight is still on them for 18years. Rears sag with weight even when new. $50 used that old. Mine were sagging after 143K @ 10years old.

Likewise. Unloaded at 150k and 15 years she stood as level as Day 1. Throw a tool box in there and her ass was dragging. I wouldn't pay a dime for original rears. I tossed mine--I wouldn't sell them to anyone.

On the other hand, my factory fronts are just fine. With good shocks, yours should be worth something to someone who is also upgrading their rears, hopefully to 906s like I did.

I couldn't give mine away. Tried locally and through the forum. Threw them out eventually. If you find someone nearby however you may get lucky.

As stated above, the rears are likely garbage anyway.

I bought a set of '99 rears from a pick and pull to replace my saggy '96 coils. Granted, I probably only gave $30 bucks for the set but they work great with my '96 fronts for DD duty. Long story short they still have value to a guy that doesn't want a lift but instead restored height.

What did you pair them with in front? Because good '99s with good '96s in front should have given you a fair amount of rake, not just sag correction.

Yup, unloaded there is some rake but not enough to look strange. With any cargo or 250lb+ of Mastiff (s) it levels quick.
