How should I relocate my steel bumper for a body lift

I'm posting in both Tacoma World and T4R forums. I have a 98 4runner with an Allpro Apex steel bumper (fits both vehicles). I'm looking to see if anybody has this bumper and has added a body lift. I've done some searching and haven't found any pre-made relocation bracket out there. Am I missing something or has everybody who has done this fabbed something up themselves? I don't have the tools or skills to fab anything myself so any input would be greatly appreciated.

How big of a body lift?

I think I would take it to a fab shop and have them chop off the mounts, then weld on some new ones that lifted the bumper as many inches as you need.

If it's one of the 1/2" ones, I'd just drill some new holes 1/2" lower than the ones you have currently.

I'm looking at a 2" body lift. I'll call around and see if I can find someone to fab something. Should I be concerned about the force on the newly located bumper mounts when using my winch?
