How to get live obd2 info onto a computer?

So im trying to tune my 1998 4runner 5speed with a 7th injector system (r4 program). I have found a way to record the afrs but now need to get fuel trims and open/closed on my screen. Any simple cheapish was of doing this? I have an ultra guage but my eyes cant be on it, the road and my labtop at the same time. A recording of a few pulls i have done...

Scantool.net has a program and the OBDII to USB plug for like $125 if I remember correctly.
