I've used good old KiWi brand 'Saddle soap' for cleaning dirty leather, it always does a good job and conditions as it cleans. I do like the immediate results from the scrubby bubbles, I'd just be concerned that the bleach in it would affect the dye in the leather.

I also use saddle soap to clean my leather shoes/boots.. but if you let it airdry without further conditioning, you clearly see it not "conditioning" it to the extent that I am looking for.
