how to install OME rear spacer

I'm planning on installing my lift this weekend as my shocks came in today but I'm not sure where you put the 1/2" spacer. Does it go between the spring and the rubber bump stop or on top of the bump stop between the body and bump stop.
I've heard all the horror stories about getting the rear shock off and after looking at it, I do wonder what Toyota was thinking.

Spring spacer goes on top of rear spring.

I was told by someone that it goes on top of the rubber bump stop between the bump stop and the body. Can anyone confirm this? Some instructions from OME would have been helpful

I'd put the spacer between the spring and cone bump stop. That way the cone bump can hold the spacer in place. Not that it should go anywhere anyway but...

So, body, bump stop, spacer, spring.
