Wife has been hunting 4Runners for a while now, and I think we're swinging by to pick this one up tomorrow. It has 145K miles and is ripe for some outfitting.

Headlights are leaking, so that'll be the first item to address. I've seen some good looking black projectors online. Anyone have a particular brand or storefront to recommend?

I just bought an '08 a week ago, and the driver's headlight had all kinds of moisture in it too. I removed the housing, blew it out with my compressor, and sat it in front of a fan overnight. The next day I sealed the perimeter with clear silicone. It's rained here the last several days, and it's stayed dry inside the housing.

I will try that first. If it works, I can spend money on other mods. Most excellent.
