I actually posted it in the description of the video, but here is what I used - APT, UHMW (Ultra-high Molecular Weight) Polyethylene Tape, Resists Abrasion, Impact, for Surface Protection and Friction and Noise Reduction for Lining Sliding Surfaces. (1" x 5Yds, 10 Mil UHMW) https://a.co/d/bCruZHl
