I have an ARB on a stock suspension '98 SR5 and I get 17-19 on a mixed tank and over 20 on the highway.

I don't like any of the plate bumper designs on the market, so I would have to make my own. I do rather like the TG tacoma bumper, which is only about $500. I also like the Hanson front bumper, but I don't think they make it anymore.
