Are the proper spacers installed? I thought there were radiator bracket spacers with my kit. I have a Toytec setup, with the included spacers the clearance isn't an issue. If I recall correctly, there were some issues with fox fit on a limited but otherwise there should be spacers to avoid clearance issues with that stuff. I'd review other threads with Icon stuff to ensure all was installed, Havent seen many issues that I recall.

I don't know that the stage one comes with it but it is definetly necessary. they aren't too expensive and you don't have to buy the icon version

Different brand and I don't think the ICON stage one comes with reservoirs or the brackets, but it's the same result with the spacer blocks. This pic shows where the anti-sway bar (sitting in it's bushing and bracket) needs to be dropped on both sides. Then the end of your ASB will rotate up (2nd pic yellow arrow) to mate with the links, which will rotate the lower portion back and down (2nd pic white arrow) towards the rear of the vehicle giving you the needed clearance......Clarence. Sorry couldn't help the Clarence thing.
The other solution on other kits may be radiator support spacers that drop the brackets instead of the ASB. That might be an easier solution. But, that may interfere with your skid plate fitting flush again. And, there may be folks out there with a better solutions out there than these two.

There should have been a swaybar relocation bracket (and spacers for the supports) included with the coil overs. They sent you the older 2009 - kit (which did not include the relocation bracket for the sway-bar since it was not needed. Or someone just missed the contents in the box...

The spacers/washers were in the same bag with mine. I have an extra sealed bag at home from an install I did on a KDSS truck (which does not need it). I'll check the contents when I get there...
So today I installed my Toytec lift with sway bar relocation brackets and radiator support spacers installed. Even with those installed, my sway bar is still rubbing the bracket. Any suggestions? I planned on taking it in for alignment tomorrow. Right now I'm getting a clunk when I go over speed bumps and it sounds like a metal on metal kind of thing. Steering is also a bit tight which I'm sure is from that as well.

I just took a grinder to mine. I have heard some skid plates tell you to take those brackets off anyways. I tried the spacers and it jacked with the stock skid plate mounting.

Yep! Kit came with radiator bracket spacers and they apparently weren't enough. Ran to Lowes and picked up some additional washers and it was finally enough. Have a little clearance now and the noise is also gone.

Mine is doing the exact same thing in the exact same spot with the relocation brackets installed, going to pick up some washers this week....
