Idle problem on 3.0

Hey i got a 90 4runner with 183xxx miles and at idle it surges up and down. Yes i have made sure my sensors are fine, i also checked the fuel pressure regulator, yet it still does it. Im lost and need help.

Have you checked for vacuum leaks?

yes i have........could it be pcv valve?

Is the alternator charging properly? Low voltage or High voltage can cause weird things to happen, the voltage regulator may be on its way out.. Check your alternator and see if its putting out 13.8-14.4v. This might help narrow down your troubleshooting..
