Ignition ring light, 12v lighter outlet light not working...

I noticed the other night these two lights weren’t working. My emergency flashers button also doesn’t light up, all this when I turn on the lights when it’s dark out. I am 100% sure the ring of light around the ignition and lighter were working, but I can also assume the flashers button should be too.

The lighter outlet does work as it should, tested it by charging my phone.

Any ideas why these would stop working out of nowhere?

There are 2 reasons why these aren't working
1.) fuse blown
2.) bulbs burnt out
I just went through my whole dash and center console replacing like 7 burnt out bulbs.

The ignition ring is on for a little while when first getting into the car, but not constantly when lights are on. The lighter just came back in today... Emergency flashers buttom (red triangle still doesn’t light up).

Can someone please confirm when these 3 lights (around key/ignition, lighter and flashers button) should be on?

The ignition ring light only stays on for a few seconds...... enough time to insert your key and start the vehicle.
