I'm baffled - Thunk, clunk, pop! WTH

My 2000 4runner has developed a a clunk or pop after a recent 4 wheeling trip.
I've looked at everything on the suspension but can't find the source. I snugged up the front anti-sway bar thinking that was the problem but it's not.
It can be felt in the floor and it only happens occasionally.
Could it be the dbl cardan joint freezing up? I had a new drive shaft made in the last 10k miles so i'm hoping that's not it.
Motor mounts maybe?
Any ideas or thoughts?

2000 4Runner, manual transmission, rear locker, 3" Toytech front lift, stock rear with 2" spacers, front disc brake upgrade, Addicted OffRoad front bumper with 10k Smitty Bilt winch,

When does this occur? Driving over bumps, turning into driveways, braking? I have not had this particular noise issue, but special attention should be paid to the lower ball joints if they have not been replaced with OEM parts in 20 years.

There isn't really anything that causes it. It happens at random times, sometimes when cornering, another time when going over bumps, then occasionally when going straight.
I'll check the ball joints though.

If the cv is what is making the noise it's too late for a new boot for that CV. Check the CV for abnormalities before replacing boot.
