Woah... with what you just said as being the only problems... I would jump on it! The value of the supercharger and bumper is quite a bit... Did you check out the lift on it? IE - was it a true suspension lift or just blocks?
Not being factory supercharged has little effect on the motor, unless a different pulley was put on without supporting fuel mods.
Fog lights? Not sure what you're talking about, as they're gone since they would have been in the factory front bumper. Are you talking about the center lights on the bumper? Maybe just have never been wired.
My biggest concern about buying used vehicles is making sure that the electrical wiring is all intact, and hasn't been chomped to bits. I would give the under-dash and fuse box a look. Even though its likely been detailed, check things like on top of the skid plate to see if there is debris, as if has it been swamped? Check air filter and air box to see if its dusty. Check the rear axle, front LCA's, and skid to see if there are any scrapes, as if its actually been "off road".
Could have been taken care of well? Any other known history? Other than the lift/tires, antenna, and basket, and tint, it looks fairly stock, which could be a good thing? Timing belt done?
