Ordered one TF51. The TB51 is not listed on their site like it is on the original post here. Seems like the same thing though.

I put mine in the 4runner the other night. It ran for 30 hours set at 34 degrees (hit 80 yesterday and the 4runner was closed up tight so it got warm inside) and my battery only went from 12.5 to 11.8. That's without running the 4runner a single time but it was also never opened. It's only about 1/4 full of water and beer right now too. Very efficient fridge in comparison to my Whynter 45qt. I'll be putting it to a camping trip test this coming weekend. Temps low to mid 80s and I'll be in and out of it regularly.

Talk about quick service! Ordered Monday morning and it got delivered yesterday within 2 days. I have only opened it up and put the handles on and plan to try it out tonight.

After more deliberation than warranted, I just ordered the 41. Seems like everyone's getting the 51, but I'm getting the 41 for the following reasons:
1) The lid on the slightly shorter 41 should open up further within the truck, if not using the slider.
2) Measuring the height of the back window and second row seats, the 41 shouldn't block any view out of the rear-view mirror, and the 51 would seem to block a couple inches of view. Is this an issue with any of you 51-ers?
3) I can only drink so much beer during my weekend excursions.
Caveat: The 41 and 51 have an identical footprint, so I realize there's no cargo space savings with the 41.

You bring up some good points. I got the 51 since I will have a family of 3 in the truck. I thought about the height blocking the view a little but decided I will just live with it if it blocks it a little. Im also planning to make a slide for it with some server slides I got for free from work.

I'll have to look, but I dont think the 51 is higher than my rear seats. Top opens more than enough to get into it, even the back section. I had 36 beers (cans), couple bottles of water, 6 bottles of small Gatorade, and food for 2 days stuffed in it. I added water and Gatorade as the beer went down. Not a single issue.

I'm guessing you don't have the 3rd row? I do, and my understanding is that my floor is 4" higher than those w/o the 3rd row, i.e. less vertical cargo space. My measurement from the floor to the top of the 2nd seat backs is 19", and from the floor to the bottom of the rear window is 17". The 17" high 41 seems perfect for me.
