Installing shocks

I'm putting on some new shocks and I had two quick questions.

I know the 3 upper mounting nuts are supposed to be 47 ft/lbs, how do you get a torque wrench on the back one?

Also the shock absorber center nut should be 22, but how do you use a torque wrench and keep the shaft from spinning. I don't want to use vice grips and rubber if possible. Thanks.

i wouldn't get that technical. just tighten it down.

Thanks guys. I didn't have a crows foot set handy (I thought I did but they must have walked away). I just got them pretty tight. Took it for a test drive and all is well.
