Interior Cleaning ?

Not sure if this is in the right section for sure. This past Saturday our dogs had to get put down, so my sister carries them to the vet in my 14 4runner. The seats were down and one of the dogs threw up on the seat, and in ran over the headrest to the carpet. Some of it also got on the front of the seat somehow. I've tried cleaning it with some of the car carpet cleaners with the brush on the end of the bottle. While it got the vomit up the smell is still terrible. Trying to find a detail shop nearby to shampoo the carpet and seats, but so far no luck. Does anyone have any advice for this ?

Well I know they recommend vinegar for a skunking.

How about a vinegar water solution? Spot check it somewhere if you have leather.

We learned to use this for cleaning during a tour in Germany. The smell of vinegar disappears.
