Interior Rattles After 100k Miles?

Very few if any interior rattles after 100k on a generally well taken care of 4th gen. Mostly simple stuff like the second row retaining latch squeaking or a light plastic panel squeak ratlle. They hold up well if taken care of.

Somewhere after 100k, the sunroof rattles started. Just a little now and then at first but by 130k it got loud and annoying and I was about to lose my mind over it. Almost traded it in a couple times over it. A while back I pulled the headliner to try to get a better look at it and found there were three different rattles. 1. The bolts holding the tracks to the roof were loose. Weird because I've never worked on the sunroof before. Fixed it by tightening the bolts. 2. The actual links that move the glass seem to really relax which is the main source for the rattles. Fixed it by shoving two rubber shock bushings in the rear corners of the sunroof. Not really a "fix" but it cuts down the rattles significantly. 3. The sunshade was rattling on the metal crossmember. Fixed this by gently squeezing the sunshade tracks slightly and shoving a peice of foam between the sunshade and crossmember. Although not exactly functional with the fixes in place, it's damn near silent again. I just need to find some thin washers to add to the shock bushings for a little more preload. I will never own another vehicle with a sunroof again, I don't ever use it anyway. Can't wait to do all this to my 5th gen in 100k.
I also had some rattles in the cargo area, mostly trim pieces, but I fixed them by adding dynamat or felt to the offending piece.
Just about every vehicle I've owned has had some type of rattle though. My 2012 f150 started rattling around 1k.
So far my 5th gen is nice and quiet.

Haha, I'm going to regret saying this but I need something more stock.
The only real plans I have is tint, +06 headlights, daystar spacer lift, wheel spacers and tires.
