Interior squeak driving me up the wall

ugh! Just when I fix one thing, another thing comes back. I had this exact squeak a year ago but it came back! It almost sounds like its at the center of the dash. Anyone else experience something similar? I can only replicate it going down the road, I can't find it rocking the car in the driveway, nor from hitting anything in the interior.

Have you recently put your seat backs down? In the back? ensure all the seats are back in their mounts. What I mean is that they clicked back in to upright position. If one unlocked from it's receiver and is just sitting there (appearing to be up and locked), it will rub and squeak just like that.

Took me forever to figure it out on mine.

That's what I thought it was too! It was actually a wire retainer inside the dash that had come loose and would rub against the metal brackets.
