Intro to Board & Part Indentification and help 2006 4Runner SR5

Hello all, just wanted to say hello. New to the Board.

So, I am helping my widowed mother sell her 2006 4Runner SR5, and I was looking underneath it, and noticed this part on the left side of the vehicle underneath is bent. It is part of the suspension, but not sure of the name.

My Questions are:

1. What is that part called?

2. Is this a big deal?

3. I am selling the car, do I need to replace it to sell it? Will it be a big deal to a buyer?

4. Cost of the part? Easy to fix myself?
