Is there a relay that goes to the igniter?

Is there a relay for the igniter/stuff that sparks?

I just replaced the coil on my 88 3VZE and i am still not getting a spark. When i try to start the car and when the engine turns over i hear a clicking noise coming from the passenger side of the car. Could that be the relay? i am very new to this and any advice whatsoever would be greatly appreciated.

No, there is no relay that controls the igniter/spark stuff.
However, the Circuit Opening Relay is located above the pass side kick panel. It controls power to the fuel pump.
