Maybe I'm doing things the hard way ( it's ok, I was a jarhead ) for pic posting I'll open a 2nd tab of the forum, go to 'user control panel' and open the section for pics. I'll browse to the place that the pic is and copy it into the 'user control panel', then use the 'copy image location' and use

tags to paste in the link.
