Is this the Rear Audio option? Is there anything else to it?

My 4Runner came with this remote and headphones. I don't think it was ever used. Is this the whole "rear audio" option? It is worth anything?

It doesn't have to be flip down. My rear audio is audio only and has an LED built into the dome light. I plan to gut it and turn it into a USB charging station at some point.

I'll take a look at the dome light... is there a transmitter there? If I were to take these out and sell them to another member with the JBL system, would I have to pull the dome light?

No video. It's just for the audio. I think the idea was that before everyone had an ipod, you could give your kids the headphones and remote so that they could listen to their own music.

Yes, there's a separate radio transmitter in the dome light for rear passengers to use those wireless headphones. Not really worth that much, but someone with kids may find them useful.
