This is the base model TRD Pro.

Base model Tacoma's come with black front bumpers from the factory.

There is no base model Pro, or one that comes with black bumpers as you are saying.

I tried to buy a cement from them about 4-5 months ago, they wouldn't budge below 48,500. They ended up shipping it to California. I think they've done the same with a couple since then.

When my wife got her 4runner all trd and trd pro were marked up 5000 for marked adjustment. they also had a camry for 45k WTF because it had a red interior it was sought after.
