I've got some questions....

Hi all,

I recently pulled the IAC and cleaned it. It had a lot of gunk and the little shutter would not spring closed. It is much better, but, I am still experiencing some hot start issues. Where should I look next?

I have replaced the fuel filter, plugs and wires, cleaned the TB. I do have a slight vibration at idle( Both in and out of gear). What is the best solution to use to test for a vacuum leak? Also I have seen my idle drop and get rough after applying the brakes.

One more thing. Is it absolutely necessary to replace plugs after Seafoaming through the intake?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Scott

No need to change the plugs just because of sea foam unless they need to be changed anyway. As far as vacuum issues, inspect all hoses for cracks, rips, hoes, etc, especially at the nipple fittings. That's the only way I know.
