Based on the expression on the dogs face its thinking "Hell no I don't want to be out in -17 degrees you fools".

Added a pullout to the cargo platform and it seems to work just fine. Got another good trip coming up, so I'll see over time how it works.

Every time I see bumper cupholders on somebody's well adventured 4Runner it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy...

Awesome pics, as usual!

I've got a lot of Arcteryx stuff, but it's always nice to venture out and find some different brands. The First Ascent line from Eddie Bauer is solid. Their climbing/skimo bags are indestructible. Mammut, millet, Rab, Big Agnes (yes they make soft goods)...those are brands that have solid soft goods lines, but people naturally navigate to the larger brands.

Got some TAD Gear and a ton of First Ascent (worked for EB retail on the side for a while). I've not had a bad day yet with their gear, although this year the sizing is a bit weird.

TAD Gear is great, but pricey. That said, my Spectre hoodie from 2009 still looks and works like new.

Okki

weird question but what shoes are those

Salewa Rapace: they're considered a light mountaineering boot, so they're much stiffer than your typical hiking boot, however they're not as stiff as a La Sportiva Trango which I would consider a more technical mountaineering/climbing boot. They have a climbing toes and are compatible with crampons.

All I can say about that video is just wow brother! So jealous and so motivated to get out there and explore when my sons get a little older! Good stuff brother!

I so feel like less of a man.... [emoji848] Nonetheless, excellent video. And thank you, for posting pictures and videos that constantly remind me of what we are supposed to be doing during our short time on this earth! One day... Sooner than later I hope.

1) Close video.
2) Stand at work desk.
3) Stare out window thinking about video vs. life.
4) 15 minutes later snap back, realizing I need to GTFO there and do some shit. It's a new year, beard is feeling weak, lust for the outdoors is peaking.
5) PLANS A WEEKEND TRIP.

Thanks J-BlickPhoto for being some inspiration for me, I sure need it, and a bit of a life change... Well 2016, let's go!
