Added a pullout to the cargo platform and it seems to work just fine. Got another good trip coming up, so I'll see over time how it works.

They're cool, but the liner system is a pain to take on or off in a pinch, and the soles wear so damn fast.

Absolutely! I have a lot of their gear and love the brand, but the boots are tech bindings only - I got non-tech ones (I know, I chickened out). Otherwise, I'd be all over em Sporting Salomon Mtn Lab at the moment.

I'm new here and just stumbled on your thread today, and read the whole thing this evening.

First off, I've seen your work for Magpul in their marketing materials and have been admiring those pictures for a while. Great work! I always wanted to tell whoever took those photos that, and here you are!

Secondly, very awesome lifestyle you lead! I'm lucky in that I have been able to spend time in some of those locations in that Colorado, Wyoming, Utah area, and your photos brought me right back. You really capture the feel of being out there.

Third, I live in NC, and definitely plan on hitting those trails near Linville in the next few weeks! My new Trail needs some exercise
