We're having a lazy weekend mainly due to some shoulder issues, so we took quick drive up the hill to check on some ice climbing routes. :wink2:

Shoulder issues are no fun, hopefully it's nothing major (had surgery on mine in July).

Yesterday we decided to set a new route we've been scoping on google earth for the last few week. I couldn't climb due to some nagging shoulder pain, so we decided to rappel it and see if it would go. It will...and it will be awesome. Overall it was a successful 7 hour suffer-fest. Type 2 fun. Here's a short Video.

It's hooked though on of the loops on the pack strap. We only use them when skiing or when we know winds are going to be high.

Yep. We usually use a hand mic and the radio is in the bag.

He's good, he's been doing a lot of climbing and skiing.

We've been pretty busy lately climbing and skiing. Here's a few shots from last weekend. We've been setting new routes all over the front range.

I've still got it, just haven't mounted it in a while. In the end I need the rack for skis/gear and we enjoy camping in our usual tent.

First off...we're keeping the 4Runner. I'll never get rid of it. EVER. We are however looking for a sprinter van or ford transit 250. We borrowed one for the weekend and realized it's probably the best option for us considering how many freaking hobbies we have. I'm still waffling on whether to get 4x4 or not. Since we're keeping the 4runner, I feel as if we can bypass that option, considering what I drove up this weekend in 2wd. Anyways....here are a few images from the weekend.
