I pulled the trigger on RCI's free shipping offer for Black/Cyber/Ninja/Pirate Friday-Monday. I bought the 4th gen skid 'package' and a gas tank skid.
Every time I spoke to Josh he was very pleasant to talk to and was willing to answer my questions. 90% of the time if I called him he answered the phone which may not seem like much but being sent to VM and never hearing back is very disconcerting when someone has a grip of your hard earned money.
Even during the holiday rush, he had my parts to me fairly quickly. Packaging was ok but not great, but I will give him a pass. Its heavy pieces of steel in cardboard and UPS is pretty rough with packages, especially during the holidays. Furthermore, because of his disposition I had no doubt that he'd take care of any issues if something was missing etc.
Although I haven't finished painting, and therefore haven't installed the skid plates I bought, the quality appears to be top notch. No sharp edges, everything appears to be very well designed and built and the finish quality was very high for something that will hardly be seen.
I would do business with him again without hesitation.
If I remember i'll bump this thread with feedback on the fitment of his products.
