Howdy T4R!
Monday I'm picking up my first 4Runner. It's an '88, manual, 22R-E, and has 240,000 miles. Next Friday I'm going to take her out on our first date to the mountains.
Overall she's pretty clean and in good shape, some minor issues to work out. Hopefully I'll learn a lot on these forums. Looks easy to work on, lots of room in the bay, high off the ground, should be fun.
As for myself, I'm 23, I have an 8 month old son, a good girl, a '77 Datsun 280Z I'm restoring, and a '91 BMW 318is that I DD. We plan to cross the country in every direction with our runner and find all the places that are still free and wild.
