Just bought a 1st Gen Supercharger - What do I need?

Just picked up a used 1st Gen Supercharger and I've been referring to the TRD supercharger thread (http://www.toyota-4runner.org/3rd-gen-t4rs/146022-3-4l-trd-supercharger-thread.html) pretty religiously but it's hard to tell from that list what I have, and what I absolutely need to get.

The parts I have:

Supercharger
Supercharger belt (not pictured)
Supercharger gasket (not pictured)
Tensioner pulley and bracket (not pictured)
2 vacuum hoses
IAC check valve
4 socket head cap screws

What I know I need:

Dipstick relocation bracket
Magnuson throttle cable bracket
More vacuum lines and 1 vacuum adaptor Tee

What I'm having issues with is deciphering what parts I have (pictured below) and sourcing some of the harder parts I need, like the long hex bolts. For you pros out there, can I get some help finding what I need based off the parts i have pictured below?

It supposedly has 50K miles on it, got it for $1400 but it did not include the tensioner pulley.

Can you post a pic of all the parts you have? That will make it easier to determine exactly what you have and don't have.

I need to update the supercharger thread to include the 1st gen parts list as it is different than the black 4th gen part list.

Pictured above is everything I have! With the exception of the 3 parts I listed that are not pictured.
