At least if you flopped it wouldn't have been a hard hit, that and the dirt is a lot more giving than a bunch of rocks and boulders :D

I've been there done that, it's definitely a butt puckering situation. Glad ya came out ok!
 
Good times!! I had to cut the video short so I could come up and spot him. I went down that same trench but going down hill and it still doesn't do that trench any justice. Going up it looked 100 times harder.

Did the rocks and boulders earlier in the day, but my wheeling buddy forgets to get video. The Minnow rocks on the rocks!!!

I didn't even know you were going up moab hill till I saw you on the top. You even told me before hand that you weren't gonna do it... you cannot blame me :D

FWIW: We need to go back so we can get video of us conquering moab hill, and me trying that same trench.

Where's the rest of the pics and videos? Quit being lazy and upload! :D

Damn that was a cool video, wish I had someone Out here that likes to wheel as much as you two do! I get the itch to wheel and can't get anyone that wants to roll out and it seems you two go out every other day.....

Get on yotatech or pirate4x4. There are a lot more members on those forums. Look on their regional sections and find others in your area. Everyone needs a 4runner buddy! :driving:
 
Nice footage. Offcamber crap like that is my demon - I can go up or down all day, as steep as you like. Get me sideways like that though and my butthole grabs seat cloth and won't let go... I hate that stuff. :)
 
Great stuff, guys! I love those trails which challenge you to find that perfect line, keeping the vehicle vertical even while driving on the sidewalls half the time, working the throttle and steering wheel just enough to keep moving without slipping over. Good times!

The good thing about driving this trench is that it gave FOG a reason to do a solid axle swap.

I told him earlier in the day that he needed to do the SAS and he said that he needs a reason to do it first. Well... he found his reason :D
 
Fine. I bet I get a solid axle before you do then. Tax time next year I will get a brand new axle installed. Not going to do that one myself, I will cheat and have it done for me.
