So I ended up buying an
"eBay Special" 30" LED Light bar. I found a seller on eBay that is locally in California and offers a 2 year warranty on their lights, needless to say, I was sold! Yes, I know build quality and customer service and all that other stuff isn't on par with a company like Rigid, but I was able to get the light, FJ switch, wiring harness, and materials for the mount all for about a quarter of the price of just a Rigid 30" light!
I initially wanted to mount the light bar behind the satoshi grill but it seemed to be too difficult to accomplish due to a lack of space.
I instead decided to mount it behind the lower grill following
this thread.
I modified the idea a bit and instead of using an entire piece of angle iron across the bumper as my mounting point, I mounted it on the two pillars that are supporting the bumper. Seemed easier, required less material, and less work. Grabbed some flat pieces of steel from home depot, then cut, bent, and drilled holes into it to make my mounts
I wired the light to a stock
FJ Fog Light Rocker Switch that I mounted in one of the empty slots on the dashboard
I also Satoshi'ed out the lower grill so that I could get as much light output as possible

All in all, very happy with my purchase. Great product for the price! I'd buy it all over again if I had the choice.
