Ian went above and beyond changing the color of a PRO they had on order from Japan and had it delivered and ready for me in weeks. They don't go over MSRP here and have top notch service. I was coming from Cal, he picked me, my wife, and 18 month old daughter from the airport, helped us load up the vehicle, paperwork done and on the road in less than an hour. These guys are highly motivated and it's not just I got lucky with one agent. Everyone there I came in contact with treated my family like they knew us forever. Def worth a road trip get a vehicle and have a great experience.
