Tuttle Creek has a nice area. I went this past summer. Lots of trails. Some mild, some not so much :

Tuttle Creek and Kansas Rocks is pretty much the only legal places to wheel that I know of that are not too far away from KC. Going to Flat Nasty this weekend which is about a 4 1/2 hr. drive from KC.
SMORR is approx. the same distance away, which is down by Seymour, MO.
