Keep 3rd gen or trade for 4th gen

I have a 2000 SR5 5speed with 155k, I found a 2004 SR5 with 90K. Any thoughts?? My wife likes the auto so she can drive it, i like the CDL on the 04 since i got the 2000 without a RR locker. And of course they are both silver. Any thoughts on which one is better 4wheeling??

Get the one that y'all like the most. Offroad is about equal. The 3rd Gen has a small advantage.
