Key fluids to change?

I've had my 07 for a couple of months and have no maintenance records.

What are the key fluids and lubes to change out and what kinds should I use? Looking for synthetic since most say it's best and I plan to keep this for a long time.

Only 23k miles on it.

With that mileage engine oil is the only real thing on your radar for a little while at least. The coolant and tranny are both filled with very good long-life fluids that don't need a look until around 100k. I changed my front, center, and rear diffs to synthetic at 30k, total overkill but I don't care. The rear diff on the V6 is the only one that sees heavy use, even on the V8 the front diff is not a high stress fluid. If you start to hear the inevitable driveline "thunk", a good synthetic chassis grease will keep it at bay for 7-10k. Other than that enjoy you low mileage 07.

I have recently become a believer in changing out the Tranny fluid to a good synthetic as early and soon as is possible. The reasoning is that the stock fluid was used for the initial break in of the vehicle and will contain an elevated level of metal shavings. Seems only smart that if you want to keep the Tranny in good shape you won't want those metal shavings swirling around and in your gears.

I went with AMSoil ATL and not i have peace of mind! 100K fluid!
