I can’t find much for recent posts on current ditch light brackets and fitment. Pretty sure SDHQ was previously thought to fit the best. Has anything changed in the last few years?

I went with the CaliRaised Low Profile brackets and quite like them. They are all pretty much the same, but I like that these sit about flush with rear edge of hood, keeping the lights somewhat low profile.

For lights I’m using Morimoto 4Banger HXB combo beam clear lens. I don’t use mine aimed to the side as many folks do, mine are aimed directly ahead and used to better illuminate the shoulder area of the road and some straight ahead.

from a distance they aren’t noticeable

Sdhq makes a solid product. I was able to mount some heavy 6 inch round spotlights like a moron before coming to my senses.

the lasfit brackets sit flush as well, they probably copied caliraised lol. whats great is when the lights are removed, the bracket is not noticeable at all.

Any issue with clearance closing the hood?

Ditch light bracket

It seems like this piece of metal is generally overpriced for what you get. I bought some cali raised ones on sale that are pretty low profile for about $45. I came across some no name brand on Amazon for about $20. They look almost the same. I mounted the Cali Raised, hoping the powder coat would be more durable. I started to mount some Rigid Radiance pod lights, but I didn't like that they sit too high and block vision from the drivers seat. I plan on mounting some Baja Designs s2 or clones to keep vision obstructions to a minimum.
