LED Light Bar Covers

So I couldn't find LED lightbar covers that would fit, decided to 3D print my own. I guess it's the Satoshi Grill of lightbar covers, LOL

Clevis Shackles, hood protector are on the way. This MOD bug never ends!

This is a very cool mod. Makes the lights seem “stockish.”

How do you have them mounted? Do they slide on?

HAHA, I happened to choose the one bar that was too "slim" for many aftermarket LED covers to fit. However, I wanted a lightbar that didn't take up too much width and was slim to begin with (and matched up with stock mounting holes on the 4xInno Bumper).

That said, sure, it only takes 3.5 hours to print each section, LOL.

How do you have them mounted? Do they slide on?

To keep it simple (and you can kind of see this), I used industrial strength velcro mounted to the light bar and the back of each cover. Down the road, I can get more creative, but because how it's shaped, it's not affected by wind and stays strongly on even after a several hour highway run.

They do just pop onto the front the bar, held on by those velcro strips.

I have no idea why they put the stock mounting holes so close to the grill:doh:, I ended up drilling new holes further out to mount my lights

That's a good point. What I do like about this lightbar is that it's angled a bit forward (like the mounts are leaning forward and away from the grill), which gives it a bit more sporty look and easily clears the grill as a result.

Well, got bored just staying at home. So I modified the LED lightbar covers... I removed the letters, then putting a white background, so that it can light it up from behind when the LED is not in Off-Road use.

First pic is lit, second one has no light on. Third pic is at night. My phone kept trying to adjust the lighting and I was getting glare off my lens. But it gives you an idea of what it looks like at night.
