Hello I have a 2000 2wd 4runner that is silver, and I was wondering what LED light bar I should get for the front (not top) of my 4runner. I was wondering both the length of the light bar and the specific website/type of light bar. I want the bar to be decently inexpensive but also put off a lot of light.

I've used the cheap Amazon light bars before. I cannot vouch for their longevity because I've never had them on a vehicle very long, but they were very bright. As far as length that depends where you want to put it. You say front but nothing specific. In the bumper? On the bumper? Either way I'd just say go out and measure it and see what would fit and go from there.

There are so many sizes and shapes it all comes down to personal preference. Figure out what size works best with your location and start there. If you want inexpensive then Amazon is probably the way to go. My 42" curved bar and 23 bar are both from nilight and they are cheap and work very well. My smaller one needed to be re-sealed because water got inside of it but it was an easy fix and its back up again. I go through lights every month so if you let me know your ideal bar I'm sure I could find it online.

Not really. None of the light bars out there, with a few exceptions, are for anything but offroad use.
As far as legal auxiliary lighting go, JW Speaker, Cibie, Hella make good auxiliary high beams. JW Speaker snd Hella also iffer several LED headlights that meet federal standards, and can be wired up as auxiliary low and high beams.
But 99% of the LED offroad lights out there dont meet ang sirt of lughting standard.

You should be fine bud. I've got a buddy in VA and he said sometimes he gets told to put covers on them. I think as long as your respectful with them and not using your bar to blind people on the road then you'll be ok

I have a 30" single row up front on my ARB bumper. Fits well. I use it on the road around rural areas sometimes but turn it off when I see on coming traffic. Depending on your state laws and how strict the law enforcement is around you, running it on the road still might get you in trouble, so I'd read up on your state laws and be cautious.
