Lemon Law Repurchase not Disclosed on Titles

I had never thought about a lemon law repurchase can later be sold again without such disclosure on the title. Buyer beware!

There are ways to buy and move the title from one state to another to clean the title of flood damage. Ive heard of dealers offering a buyback to avoid the Lemon Law process. About 10yrs ago friends bought a used Chevy truck. Took two days to break down. Undisclosed Lemon. Dealer unwound the deal.

I have Lemon Law'd a KL Cherokee Trail Hawk. Some states Lemon Law rules are anti consumer. My State happens to be consumer friendly. So happy to have Lemon Law'd that Jeep. Only payed for mileage to first repair.
