My setup so far consists of oedro long prong style led headlights, high beams and fog light bulbs, rigid industries amber pods wires into factory wiring for fog lights and running/turn signals, sirius led extreme bright chip lights, some off brand amber running lights that I have not installed yet.

On your website it lists the mounts as working with a 32" bar. Do they also work with 30" bars? Do you need spacers or . . . ?

The light bar should be 32" end cap to end cap. Some other companies just say its 30" but really they only measure the lens of it. It really matters the 32" end cap to end cap.

Does anyone know whether the dual hidden bar setup will cause heating issues? I live in Texas and I've had people ask me advice on the dual bar setup vs a single bar, and while I get the appeal of double the lumens, I'm worried about enough air getting to the radiator? I've got one single bar, and it's a Caliraised LED spot beam which throws out some very good light at a great distance, paired with some Baja Designs XLR80's on my ditch brackets. Together, those make a fantastic combination, but I've been curious about the cooling on the dual bar setup.

For the cooling aspect, there should be no problem. We have a couple Toyota dealerships that sell this exact setup and their techs have reviewed it.

This all started as a joke because my wife keeps *****ing that I tint the windows too dark in all our vehicles.
So about 2 weeks ago I was surfing LED light bars and an OPT7 C2 44" light bar for $38.72 shipped as a prime member popped up on Amazon. I figured at that price there's no way I can't buy it....Even if I never use it. So as it was sitting there waiting for a purpose, my wife came home from a friends house. They do live in a pretty rural area and have a really long driveway to backup down and that's when the complaining starts....Why do you have to tint everything so dark.....I can't see....Blah Blah Blah... So being the obnoxious ass I can tend to be I went to work that night and fabbed up a mount that fits in the hitch receiver with a piece of 2" square tubing and a piece of flat stock, took both and them welded together. Drilled some holes, painted, and mounted the light to the bracket. I got home in the morning and took an old trailer wiring harness and relay that I had lying around the garage, wired it up to come on with the reverse lights and plugged it into the 7 pin trailer tow plug under the rear bumper. I slid the "light bar" into the receiver, neatly routed all the wiring behind the bumper leaving the quick disconnect accessible so removing and replacing would be a 2 second process if and when needed. Then waited...........
Well I'll say it works phenomenal as an auxiliary back-up light and could probably help land planes at the airport. It turned out well and we both got a good laugh from the whole experience. I'll most likely run a wire up to a dash switch just in case I ever need to have stadium lighting to setup camp at night or just maybe blind some ******* behind me. Without question it's certainly overkill for almost every possible scenario I'll ever encounter but might be useful to more adventures types that might need a rear mounted high powered lighting option.

Good luck with insurance when someone taps your rear bumper at the grocery store, or to the person behind you when you accidentally turn it on on the freeway.
And LOL to the guys who double stack led bars behind the grille, covering ~75% of their exposed radiator covering, and say it's all good because the "dealership tech" oked it. When your head gasket and tranny go just out of warranty, at least you'll be able to light the road 10x more than average.
