I won't even shame myself by showing how tight they are here in Phoenix. 2 Cars and thats about it. Side to side and end to end. When this flippen economy gives me some confidence I'll use this as a rental and buy a larger property.

I have a normal 2 car garage i try to do as much there as possible, otherwise i will do it at work or a friends shop, i generally carry my 192 piece craftsmen kit around with me with some speciality tools inside, and if need be i will do a roadside repair.

how about the place where i work? i can do my own wrenching after hours or weekends on my own toys. even tho there is a ford sign on the wall. we do imports.
