Level rear end with heavy load

Hi Guys,
One of my co-workers drives a 3rd gen and uses it as his work truck, carrying about 500 lbs of tools on a daily basis. Needless to say, his rear end is hanging pretty low. Chatting it up today, swapping 4r stories, I offered to help find a solution.
I'm wondering if someone can recommend a spring set up that would level off the truck and compensate for the added weight.

Thanks for the help.

What suspension does he have now? OME 891's handle weight well but they'll be way too tall if he has stock springs up front. I'd suggest '99 talks up front and OME 906's in the back. May sag just a little when loaded but will sit nice when empty.

A pair of OME 906's would be a good solution.
They are the heaviest spring rate available for the 3rd gen, and provide only about 1.5" of lift over stock.
I might want to sell my set as I dont normally have weight in the vehicle. PM me if you think he would be interested...
